Simple Solutions to Complex Legal Problems

THE PROBLEM: How is it possible for so-called civil law judges to imprison for civil contempt, without trial by jury, recalcitrant witnesses, litigants and other unfortunate objects of “judicial” wrath?

SOLUTION: George Washington instituted military law in America by rejecting the Article VI oath that would have “Adopted” this Constitution in favor of an oath and strategy that increased occupied territory beyond that which the United States of America owned.

Indeterminate sentences for civil contempt of court are possible because all “civil courts” and the judges that sit in them are really military courts.
