On this day in 1799 George Washington died at his Mount Vernon home at age 67.  He left  a legacy of a succession of military dictatorships called the American Presidency.

Washington set the example that all future dictators would follow; he combined the office of head of  state with the office which administered the government including the military.  Every dictator since Washington has followed the pattern set by him.

Washington is wrongly revered as a man of virtue.  He was and remains a tyrant.

The truth about George Washington is hidden from the American public because the truth would change government forever.  To learn the truth about George Washington, the over rated American icon, go to my July 7, 2011 Post to take advantage of a starter offer which will end this year.

Article III refers to the third article of the Constitution of September 17, 1787, which is established when New Hampshire becomes the ninth State of the first Union, the United States of America, to ratify “this Constitution.”  This ratification establishes the Constitution of September 17, 1787 as the Constitution of the United States, a commercial charter which is to guide the administration of the territory and other property of the United States of America, the United States, by the person who takes the oral oath of Office of President of the United States.

The Constitution of the United States has remained a commercial charter for want of adoption of “this Constitution.”  The Constitution of September 17, 1787 has never been adopted by a President and Congress of the United States, so the Confederacy of the United States of America has remained as the only federal government.

This federal government is selected by so-called democratic means (elections), however, this does not make the federal government the government of a free people.  It is true the federal government is of, by and for the people, however, because there are no real restraints on government and legislative power is limited to the territory owned by the United States of America, the federal courts including the United States Supreme Court are limited to the territory owned by and subject to the exclusive legislative power of the United States of America.

Despite the Article III appellation the federal courts remain non-judicial courts of limited legislative power.

Eighteenth Amendment, Section 1.  “After one year from the ratification of this article the manufacture, sale, or transportation of intoxicating liquors within, the importation thereof into, or the exportation thereof from the United States and all territory subject to the jurisdiction thereof for beverage purposes is hereby prohibited.”

The Constitution of September 17, 1787 required only nine States to establish the Constitution of September 17, 1787 as the supreme law of the land that land being the territory belonging to the United States of America.

The oath taken by the President of the United States, George Washington, “I, George Washington, do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States,” “So help me God,” limited the United States to the territory owned by the United States of America.

George Washington placed America under martial law, when as President of the United States of America since April 6, 1789, he took the oral oath of Office of President of the United States, thereby, combining the office of head of state with the head of the government.  Washington had made himself king in America for a term of years and no one noticed until he taxed American whiskey.

Importers paid the first federal taxes in the form of imposts and duties on goods imported into the United States.  The excise tax on the distillation of alcohol didn’t mention the United States as the situs of the distillation requiring licensure.  Then as now no one distills alcohol on federal territory.

The Whiskey Rebellion provided Washington and Alexander Hamilton an opportunity to make the military occupation and administration of America complete.

To learn how George Washington conquered America and initiated the longest and largest successful military occupation and administration in modern history, you must enroll in my “Basic Course in Law and Government.”   You only have until the end of this year to get started for just $50.  See the Offer in my July 7, 2011 Post.
