IMPEACHMENT OF GEORGE W. BUSH REQUIRED TO END HIS POLICIES

President Elect Barack Obama will meet with President Bush at the White House to discuss the transition from a Bush administration to an Obama administration.  Since the George Washington administration every POTUS has claimed authority to manage everything and everybody in the country, as if, everything belonged to the government and everybody worked for it, or lived on land owned by it, or worked as an employee of an employer licensed by the government.

They should be talking about how and when George W. Bush will resign from the Office of President of the United States.  The Office of POTUS is different from the Office of President, which has actual qualifications imposed by the written Constitution.  The Office of POTUS is different from the Office of POTUSA in that a term of four years is imposed on the POTUSA and the Vice President.  There is no term of office imposed on the Office of POTUS.

George W. Bush must resign from the Office of POTUS or be impeached, if his failed policies are to be terminated.  George Bush acted as if the Constitution was just a piece of paper.  Unlike the original “Constitution of the United States” the real Constitution does have real meaning, when properly interpreted by the inhabitants of the states.

There are two kinds of impeachment:impeachment of legislative officers under the authority of Article I of the Constitution and impeachment of all other civil Officers of the United States under the authority of Article II Section 4.   The only requirement for the impeachment of the POTUS is that the Chief Justice preside.

The Office of POTUS is, according to the original written Constitution, an appointive position. George Washington appointed himself to that position so that he could rule like a Roman dictator.  Every President since has followed the tradition he set on April 30, 1789.  The Congress of the United States allows each President Elect to appoint himself POTUS.

Congress tolerates the POTUS because it can’t get along with out him.  Congress is just like the Roman Senate it can’t operate without a dictator.  The American people can do just fine without George W. Bush, but he must resign or be impeached.
